Foundation™ 150 Bovine Colostrum

Foundation™ 150 Bovine Colostrum is a single-feeding calf health aid designed to support passive immunity in newborn calves when maternal colostrum is limited, delayed, or uncertain. Each feeding delivers 150 grams of IgG from whole bovine colostrum, helping give calves a strong immune start during the critical first hours of life.

This product is commonly used as either a full colostrum replacer when a calf does not nurse promptly, or as a supplement when colostrum quality or intake is questionable. It is USDA-licensed and packaged in a single-feeding bag that mixes easily with warm water and can be fed by nipple or esophageal tube, making it a practical tool for calving situations where timing and consistency matter.

Foundation 150 is best used immediately after birth to reduce the risk of failure of passive transfer, especially in cold weather, stressful calving conditions, weak calves, or situations where colostrum management is uncertain.
